Iván Sikic lives and works in Brooklyn, NY (Lima, 1983). 

He has shown work at The 8th Floor (New York), the Museum of Contemporary Art, Lima (Peru), Smack Mellon (Brooklyn), Km 0.2 (San Juan, Lima and Mexico City), Luis Adelantado (Bogotá, Madrid, and Valencia), UV Estudios (Buenos Aires), The Border Project Space (Brooklyn), Kunstraum (Brooklyn), MANA Contemporary, Miami (presented by Good To Know), Local Project (LIC, Queens) and Vigil Gonzales (Lima), to name a few. Sikic has also shown work at the Segunda Bienal Tropical (Loiza, 2016) curated by Marina Reyes Franco, Radamés ’Juni’ Figueroa, Stefan Benchoam & Pablo León de la Barra. In 2020 Sikic was commissioned a new performance for The Immigrant Artist Biennial curated by Katya Grokhovsky and Harry Weil which was presented at Greenwood Cemetery (Brooklyn).
